An iceless cold therapy system. It plugs into a wall outlet and circulates 40° water through a garment worn over your surgical site — all the benefits of icing, without the ice. You'll receive one garment for your surgical site (shoulder, knee, back, hip, ankle, or elbow). Garments come in two types: Single-Patient Use (SPU) and Durable (multi-patient use). The garment included with your Therm-X HOME is SPU — it's yours to keep. Videos for both types are below. Set Up Instalación
Set up and test your Therm-X before surgery, in the room where you'll spend most of your recovery. Every connection makes a "click" — that's how you know it's secure. Not sure which garment you have? Look at where the hose connects: if it connects with three separate lines, it's an SPU garment. Use it as often as needed — the unit self-regulates on a 30 minutes on / 30 minutes off cycle. Many patients use it most of the day and even sleep with it on. - Stop use and call your doctor if you notice unusual swelling, skin discoloration, blisters, numbness, tingling, or discomfort.
- Check your skin every hour. Cold can burn — especially over sensitive skin or with poor circulation.
- Follow your provider's prescribed schedule for time, temperature, and frequency.
- Never wrap the garment tight enough to restrict blood flow.
- Don't use a garment that is damaged or leaking.
- Fill only to the red line, use only Therm-X coolant, and never drink it.
- Use indoors in a 60°–80°F room with humidity below 60%, and keep the side vents clear.
- Keep the unit dry, use only the supplied power cord, and unplug it when not in use.
- Unattended use by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.

The unit runs your prescribed cycle automatically every time. You never need to reprogram it. If the screen asks for a password, just restart the unit — you don't need the password for normal use. If the applicator vibrates and turns red, that's normal — it's a brief cool-down cycle. Treatment will resume automatically. Set Up the Wrap Prepare la Funda

Take the frozen gel pack out of the freezer and attach it to the inside of the wrap using the Velcro. Saque el paquete de gel congelado del congelador y sujételo al interior de la funda usando el Velcro.

- Don't use over open wounds, broken skin, or rashes.
- Don't use if you have cold sensitivity, Raynaud's, vascular disease, diabetes, heart disease, or are pregnant. Check the full list of contraindications in your manual.
- Each session is 15 minutes maximum. Wait at least 1 hour before the next session.
- Don't fasten the wrap too tightly before starting — it needs room to inflate.
- Keep the pump dry. Don't get it wet or run it without a wrap attached.
- If gel leaks from the pack, stop using it and contact us for a replacement.
